Brahin Properties, Inc. is a well established commercial developer based in Philadelphia that has ownership or management interest in commercial properties in five states including; Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Florida and Oklahoma.

Originally conceived as a residential construction company in the 1930s, the Brahin Organization has grown to include nearly 2,000,000 square feet of commercial properties. They are pursuing further growth through new development, acquisition of existing properties and third-party management responsibilities.

Currently their focus is on expanding their investment portfolio through the Mid-Atlantic region, especially in Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey.  They will continue to evaluate their existing properties so as to maximize the value for each asset and will develop customized strategies for Third Party management clients.

Brahin Properties, Inc. is an active member of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce; the Millville, New Jersey Chamber of Commerce; Vineland, New Jersey Chamber of Commerce and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
