Bank of America to Make Shopping at Tollhouse Plaza More Convenient
MANTUA, NJ – Bank of America chooses Tollhouse Plaza at 222 Bridgeton Pike, Mantua, NJ for their latest automatic teller machine (ATM) site.
Fred Younkin of Fameco Real Estate represented Bank of America in the transaction.
The freestanding ATM machine will improve the shopping experience at Tollhouse Plaza, increasing consumer ability to access funds. The ATM will be one of Bank America’s over 16,000 teller machines in both U.S. and intenational locations.
“Having the Bank of America ATM at our Tollhouse location will make shopping easier and more convenient for customers in a growing area,” said Lee Brahin, CEO of Brahin Properties. “It will also generate more business for retailers in the Plaza such as K-Mart and Wine Warehouse by providing customers with access to funds onsite.”
Tollhouse Plaza has a GLA of 143,235 sf, with major tenants that include Planet Fitness, Kmart, Hallmark and Dollar General. Tollhouse Plaza is located in Mantua township, which has grown with residential and commercial development over the last several years.
