 The Massena Town Centre is a 187,000 regional shopping center strategically located on the
U.S./Canadian Border in Saint Lawrence County, Massena, New York. The center is anchored by a Wal-Mart Department Store and an Aldi Food Market. The St. Lawrence Centre, the only regional mall within 90 miles is situated directly across from the Massena Towne Centre with both of the mall's main signalized entrances aligned with the entrance to the Massena Towne Center.
 The project is located 1-1/2 hours west of Montreal and south of Ottawa and benefits from over 450,000 people within a 45 mile radius. The areas strong touring base provides approximately 500,000 annual visitors and in excess of two million border crossings.
We are currently pre-leasing Phase III of the Massena Towne Center which will contain 50,000 square feet of store space and 2 out-parcels.
