Planet Fitness Joins The Brooklawn Shopping Center
BROOKLAWN, NJ –Planet Fitness leases 20,040 sf at the Brooklawn Shopping Center, located at Route 130 & Browning Lane, Brooklawn, NJ.
Aaron Repucci of Metro Commercial represented Planet Fitness in the transaction, as well as the landlord Brookwrap II, LLC.
This new Planet Fitness will add to the approximately 1,000 Planet Fitness locations nationwide, and is one of the new key retailers to be part of Brooklawn Shopping Center’s renovation.
The Brooklawn Shopping Center has been going through a major redevelopment that includes parking lot resurfacing, improved site work and the division of a former Kmart that will now be occupied by Planet Fitness and four other tenants. When the redevelopment project is completed in 2016 the center will be the premier retail complex along the Rt. 130 corridor through Camden County and the Brooklawn marketplace.
