Tollhouse Plaza Welcomes Wine Warehouse
MANTUA, NJ – Wine Warehouse selects Tollhouse Plaza at 222 Bridgeton Pike, Mantua, NJ for their newest location, leasing 10,800 sf alongside retailers such as Planet Fitness and Kmart.
Richard Soloff, of Soloff Realty & Development, represented Wine Warehouse in the transaction, as well as the landlord, Bellina Development Company, LP and Brooklawn Out Lot, LLC.
Wine Warehouse will occupy part of the newly renovated space created from the former 28,000 sf Acme at Tollhouse Plaza.

Tollhouse Plaza has a GLA of 143,235 sf, with major tenants that include Planet Fitness, Kmart, Hallmark and Dollar General. Tollhouse Plaza is located in Mantua township, which has grown with residential and commercial development over the last several years.
Wine Warehouse is a privately-owned liquor store that offers one of the largest Craft Beer, Wine, and Spirits collections to choose from in the South Jersey area. They also have a Cigar Humidor that features over 100 styles of cigars.
Brahin Properties is a well established commercial real estate developer based in Philadelphia that has ownership or management interest in commercial properties in seven states including; Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Maryland, Florida and Oklahoma.
