Lee F. Brahin co-founder of Brahin Properties, Inc. is the grandson of Leon Freeman, the company’s original founder. Lee oversees the company’s new development projects in addition to heading up the leasing team. Lee’s strong relationships with anchor and chain Tenants as well as local and regional lending institutions has helped to place Brahin Properties on the map as an active regional development company. Lee’s recent development activities have added approximately 900,000 sq. ft. of retail space to the Brahin portfolio.
Lee began his career in the real estate industry in the commercial division of Coldwell Banker in Tyson’s Corner, Virginia. Later with Depetris Realty Group of Florida his responsibility was to prelease planned shopping center developments. He later returned to Philadelphia as a site selector for KODE Development Associates. Lee graduated Cum Laude from American University in 1984 with a degree in Finance and Real Estate and Urban Land Development. Lee is a certified shopping center manager (CSM) and a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Broker.
