Marcia began her career in 1988 at the onset of a real estate slump and has repeatedly proven that persistence and hard work can make a difference in any kind of market. She has consistently found tenants for small stores in locations where other agents have tried and failed.

Marcia has been the primary force in several highly successful leasing campaigns which have made her a specialist in small store leasing. She has inspired trust and good relationships with tenants as well as other brokers resulting in third party brokerage deals for Brahin Management Corporation and Commercial Property Associates, Inc. She is a graduate of Rutgers University of New Jersey and holds real estate licenses in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
