Dollar General Leases at the Newly Renovated Lindbergh Plaza
PHILADELPHIA, PA – Dollar General enters into a lease agreement for 8,343 sf at Lindbergh Plaza, located at 7620 Lindbergh Blvd, Philadelphia, PA.
Richard Soloff of Soloff Realty & Development represented both Dollar General and Lindbergh Plaza in the transaction.
Dollar General builds and runs convenient sized stores that deliver everyday low prices on a wide variety of household products and other merchandise. They will join other retailers, including a free-standing McDonalds at the newly renovated Plaza.
Lindbergh Plaza is the newest redevelopment project of Brahin Properties and boasts a thriving 29,512 sf retail complex ideally located at the corner of Lindbergh Boulevard and Island Avenue, gateway for the SouthWest section of Philadelphia from I-95.
