Dollar General Leases at the Newly Renovated Tollhouse Plaza

MANTUA, NJ – Dollar General enters into a lease agreement for 8,832 sf in the Tollhouse Plaza Shopping Center, located at 222 Bridgeton Pike, Mantua, NJ.

Richard Soloff of Soloff Realty & Development represented Dollar General in the transaction, as well as the landlord, Bellina Development Company, LP and Brooklawn Out Lot, LLC.

This newest Dollar General at Tollhouse Plaza rounds out a mix of tenants that benefit Mantua’s growing community, and will add to Dollar General’s existing 11,700 stores in 43 states in the US.
