Hand & Stone enters into lease for 2,954 sf at Somers Point Plaza located at 277 New Road Somers Point, NJ. Richard Soloff of Soloff Realty & Development represented Hand & Stone in the transaction and Marcia Golden of Commercial Property Associates represented Somers Point, LLC.
Hand & Stone will provide a wide array of health and personal care services including massage, facials, hair removal, waxing, and spa services. Related personal care accessories and products can also be purchased.
