Hope Thrift Makes Brooklawn Shopping Center its Second and Newest Location
BROOKLAWN, NJ – The non-for-profit Hope Thrift store entered into a lease for 7,488 sf in the Brooklawn Shopping Center, at Route 130 & Browning Lane in Brooklawn, NJ
Leor Hemo of Wolf Commercial Real Estate, LLC represented Hope Thrift in the transaction, while Rob Cooper of Metro Commercial represented the landlord, Brookwrap II, LLC.
The new Hope Thrift location will round off a varied mix of tenants that offer an array of goods and services to the community. Its store on Route 130 will be the second location for this growing organization.
“Hope Thrift was an important transaction for the Brooklawn Shopping Center because it completed the redeveloped leasing space that faces Route 130. They will compliment the tenant mix of the complex and will provide a much-needed resource to the marketplace”, said Lee Brahin, CEO of Brahin Properties.
Hope Thrift specializes in selling used goods, and especially used clothing, to the benefit of a charitable organization.
