Petco Adds to Brooklawn Shopping Center’s Tenant Mix
Petco leases 13,391 sf in the Brooklawn Shopping Center at Route 130 & Browning Lane, Brooklawn, NJ.
Metro Commercial and Legend Properties both represented Petco in the transaction, as well as the landlord, Brookwrap II, LLC.
This new location is one of 1,200 Petcos nationwide, serving all 50 states in the US. Petco joins tenants that include Planet Fitness and Kmart, making Brooklawn Shopping Center a high-profile location on Route 130. The shopping center will also enjoy a number of improvements in the coming months.
