Planet Fitness to Launch New Site at Tollhouse Plaza
MANTUA, NJ – Planet Fitness has entered into a lease for it’s newest location at Tollhouse Plaza, located at 222 Bridgeton Pike, Mantua, NJ for their newest location.
Randy Hope of Metro Commercial represented both Planet Fitness and Tollhouse Plaza in the transaction.

Planet Fitness will occupy 17,895 sf atTollhouse Plaza. The Plaza itself has a GLA of 143,235 sf, and includes tenants such as Wine Warehouse, Kmart, Dollar General and Hallmark. Planet Fitness, along with the other retailers at the center serve a township which has experienced a significant increase in both residential and commercial development over the past several years.
